Azadeh Williams is the founder and managing director of AZK Media, with over 20 years' global experience in media, marketing and public relations, Azadeh is passionate about helping B2B companies expand into new and emerging markets. ​She has been consistently recognised in B&T’s Women in Media and Women Leading Technology Awards for marketing, public relations and entrepreneurship. In 2021, Azadeh was awarded the Best of the Best in PR for Australasia. Passionate about the application of AI, in 2023, she was appointed to the board of the Global AI Ethics Institute to establish framework for ethical AI use.

The Global AI Ethics Institute is the semicolon between cultures, not a full stop after one of them. They raise awareness on the cultural dimension of ethics applied to AI and promote respect for cultural diversity specifically in the field of ethics applied to AI. They open the debate on ethics applied to AI to new perspectives and offer an open-minded and non-judgmental forum where all voices are listened. They foster outside the box thinking on ethics applied to AI and explore a new global multilateral framework of AI normative global governance.

According to CX Network’s global state report, 65 percent of CX practitioners either agreed or strongly agreed that customers are concerned about ethical AI use.
