As Principal Research Lead, Madison Lundquist develops and executes APQC’s research agenda for process and performance management and serves as subject matter expert. She interviews leading organizations on their practices, identifies key findings from the research projects, and shares the approaches and best practices organizations use to manage process, improve organizational agility, and continuously improve. In addition, Madison is involved in process documentation efforts at APQC by working cross-functionally to ensure all processes are documented and available to staff. Through the years, her interest in the process and performance management content for APQC grew, especially with her work in organizing and promoting APQC’s annual conference for process and performance management. In October 2022, Madison completed APQC’s training to become a Certified Process Manager. Since joining APQC in 2014, Maddy has served in various roles within the marketing department. Most recently, she focused on Marketo for seven years in her marketing automation specialist role and became Marketo certified in 2021. She initially joined APQC as a marketing coordinator, serving all areas of APQC research with a special focus on process and performance management. Maddy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
