Beth Foley is a seasoned Senior Manager specializing in Change Management within Sodexo's Transformation Management Office (TMO). Her primary focus is on crafting and executing robust change management strategies that drive user adoption and minimize resistance across multiple high-priority projects aligned with strategic business growth objectives. Beth excels in leading change management efforts, applying key capabilities such as stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development to ensure initiatives achieve maximum benefits realization.
