Distinguished transformation leader with a focus on execution and a passion for people. Currently serving as the Head of the Healthineers Performance System – Americas with Siemens Healthineers. He has profound expertise in lean six sigma, project management, change management and business transformation. He focuses on guiding business leaders by identifying links among business strategy, processes, and improvement projects with a focus on measurable, sustainable results. He managed a portfolio of projects valued at $1.3B at Verizon and implemented a Lean Six Sigma program at BioReference Laboratories resulting in an 8.5x return on investment. With over 20 years of leadership and management experience at Fortune 500 corporations, Ryan has experience ranging across Service Operations, Sales, Manufacturing and Finance including running a multi-million dollar P&L. Ryan is also a respected thought leader and advisor siting on the advisory board for the OpEx Week Business Transformation Summit. He has earned a BS in Human Resource Management from Miami University of Ohio and a MBA – Finance from Xavier University.
