Intercompany Process Excellence Team delivers the capability of living smooth and efficient supply chain and distribution activities by driving cross functional process and ownership alignment to gain end-to-end standardization in Life Science supply chain. Our focus areas are (A) the support of the major SAP rollout project at Merck KGaA to set up globally the intercompany processes (replenishment, Returns and Drop Shipment). While the rollout is done in Waves we need to assure that all existing process and connections are re-established. (B) Continuous improvement and alignment of Roles and Responsibilities for cross function Topics within Supply Chain topics (C) Coordination for trouble shooting and cross stream involvement.
