This presentation on the "The What, How & Why of BPM", is what Clyde has seen work and fail throughout his career across the UK, Canada and Australia. These are his views of the key ingredients and approaches that are required to change the mindset and behaviors to deliver, increase business outcomes and increase customer experience.
Greencross is Australia’s largest pet-care company, which, due to COVID-19 restrictions, experienced a strain from supply chain demand forcing the company to re-vamp their processes in order to combat the demand. As well as other business functions, Greencross have re-energised their processes, making them more efficient, agile and nimble, adapting to the strict restrictions and changes to the market COVID-19 has influenced. Rob Speedie will discuss and emphasise the importance for organisation to now take the best parts of their new operational environment and transfer these efficiencies to processes into a post-COVID-19 landscape.

TAFE NSW is an Australian vocational education and training provider, which provides education and training to around 500,000 students in campus, workplace, online, or distance education methods. However, since the emergence of COVID-19 the education provider has undergone a large digital delivery transformation, transferring many of its courses to a complete digital learning offering, in order to provide re-skilling, uptake of over 100,000 new enrolments and fee-free course offerings. In this presentation, Glen Babington will discuss the digitisation project along with the challenges and strategies to increase operational efficiencies and improve processes.
