Sonik Sikka is a Senior Lean Operations Manager with Operational Excellence for Sheppard Pratt, the nation’s largest private, nonprofit provider of mental health, substance use, special education, developmental disability, and social services. Sonik has over 15 years of experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives and process redesign programs. He has proven success in solving complex, cross-functional issues to deliver remarkable increases in revenue, profitability, and organizational capabilities. Before joining Sheppard, Sonik spent 7 years supporting performance transformation at a health system in MD/DC region. Sonik holds a master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management certified.
