Stacie Ruen, Global Operational Excellence Master Blackbelt at General Motors. In her current role, Stacie leads the development and execution of strategy that will ensure positive change toward a high performing, inclusive culture. Previously, Stacie designed and implemented programs to strengthen GM’s culture and support employee growth aligned with company strategy. She also led improvement initiatives across diverse areas such as human resources, manufacturing, strategy, and innovation. She brings extensive experience in data analysis, design thinking, continuous improvement, and change management. Stacie is also a certified Egon Zehnder master assessor. Stacie is also a member of the Global Employee Experience Council, Workforce Strategy council. Stacie received her Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University in Management Information Systems.
