Eduardo is an experienced telecommunications professional managing teams in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions for Vodafone, supporting enterprise clients in fixed, mobility, cloud, and IoT services. With a background in Cable & Wireless Plc and the airline industry, he brings diverse technical and service expertise. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Birmingham and a certificate in International Management from INSEAD. Eduardo is an ITILV4 expert and IACCM Advanced Practitioner, prioritizing customer service in a competitive telecom industry. Outside work, he enjoys traveling with his family, exploring different cultures and traditions.
