A medical doctor trained at the International Medical University (IMU) with a postgraduate diploma in Family Medicine, Dr Phang brings a wealth of experience and innovation to the healthcare industry. In 2019, she co-founded Genesis Life Care Centre, which has since grown into a leading provider with a total capacity of 400 beds across four centers. Recognizing the critical need for skilled personnel in care facilities, Dr Phang spearheaded the establishment of Genesis Training Academy, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline to meet operational demands. As Genesis's COO, she has championed operational efficiency, implementing a proprietary care center management system and introducing key roles like a dedicated trainer and a Quality Control Manager. These initiatives have been instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and service quality across all Genesis facilities. A visionary leader in healthcare operations, Dr Phang continues to drive excellence in patient care and operational innovation.
