Daniel is currently holding the role of Director of Continuous Improvement for GSK in Lincoln, Nebraska. He began his career with the United States Army as an Infantry Officer learning small unit tactics and deploying capabilities abroad, culminated career as a Financial Management Support Unit Commander in charge of 4 Detachments and 150 Soldiers. Since, he has held multiple and progressing roles in Operations and Continuous Improvement with The Kraft Heinz Company, KIK Custom Products, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and GSK.

Dan earned a Six Sigma Black Belt through The Kraft Heinz Company and American Society of Quality. Before starting his career, Dan achieved a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University.
