Song is a highly passionate supply chain professional specialized in retail and ecommerce distribution. He got his Master’s degree in Business Logistics Engineering from Ohio State University. For the last 10 years he has worked for DHL Supply Chain as a design expert, a team leader and a trusted advisor.    

In his 3PL experiences, Song has designed and implemented many high performing distribution centers for major retailers like Nike, IKEA, TJX and Brooks. He has also lived through many ecommerce peak seasons and is committed to adopt various tools and technologies in his projects to drive up efficiency and reduce complexity. He is a champion and SME in AMR, robotic arms, AGV, put wall, sorter and various GTP solutions.
