Amir Farid is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience as a result-oriented leader skilled in shaping strategy, leading significant business and technology transformation, driving innovation, business operations, developing data and analytics practices and leading complex programs. He is a visionary, tech savvy and results oriented leader, possessing business and financial acumen and extensive technical implementation experience. Amir has a proven track record for successfully leading a large and complex organization through transformation while managing multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure and dynamic environment and for completing highly complex and large-scale transformational initiatives, while delivering results with vision and passion.

Amir serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Business Transformation Officer for Westfield Small Business Insurance with leadership responsibilities for Business Operations, Strategic Investments, Business Architecture, Product, Platform, Marketing, Finance, Data, Analytics, Delivery Programs and Transformational activities for the entire business segment. Serving as ‘mission control’ in standing up, operationalizing, and steering Small Business while continually evolving and improving the segment.

Prior to joining Westfield, Amir served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Business Insurance Operating Model Transformation Strategy, COO for Product and Platform, and also served as the Platform Lead for Travelers Business Insurance. In his roles, he was responsible for transformational strategies, planning, architecture, data, analytics, logistics, financials and delivery of strategic investments tied to the Operating Model Transformation and also Products and Platforms initiatives. He provided leadership oversight and governance for all Operating Model investments and delivery programs. Amir has also served in leadership roles for FTI Global Insurance Consulting, Allstate Insurance, United Airlines among other companies across different industries and also served as a Management Consultant for clients in United States and Europe.
