Jose is responsible to manage Ericsson`s North America process community
and Center of Excellence, focusing on paving the way for a fast and sustainable
Digital Transformation. This includes building all processes capabilities,
change management, competence development and strong governance. All this
driven towards improved Customer Experience and Digital Transformation.
Jose previously held various roles as Improvement and Change Manager, was driver at many different types of improvement projects
in most of Ericsson`s business capabilities / processes, including network
service delivery, managed services, digital services, supply, sales, finance
and HR. Also, dealing directly with different Customers cross the seas.
Joined Ericsson in 2004 and holds an Electronic
Engineering Degree (2006), post graduated on Project Management (2008) and
Masters in business management (2014). Also, he is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Certified (2014) and SAFe Agilist certified (2019).
At Ericsson, 85% of the company are working remotely, requiring more robust and accurate systems supporting transformation at all levels. They have also taken a hard look at the current ways of working to examine what changes are required to fit better for the new world.
