Aditya Kejriwal currently leads the customer experience strategy for Cardinal’s direct to consumer business with a priority on building a customer centric culture. He has been with Cardinal for 8 years where he has played multiple roles in the areas of commercial product management, digital transformation, business process outsourcing and shared services development. Previously, he held senior roles at WNS global services and other service delivery organizations where he specialized in leading multi-geography, multi-disciplinary programs that included cost consolidation and process harmonization across geographically dispersed business units. He has managed many of the largest investment banks, well-known names in manufacturing, financial services and entertainment as customers during his 10+ years in the outsourcing industry. He comes with a unique perspective of having served on multiple sides of the outsourcing world, as an evaluator and buyer on one side as well as a transformation leader delivering these services to the customer on the other. He has deep experience in evaluating fit-for-outsourcing processes, contracts, digital transformation, transition and delivery as well as contract oversight and compliance. Aditya has a Bachelors in Engineering and MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
