Candace Kelley

Director - Technology, Enterprise Agile Transformation AT&T

Candace Kelley is the Director of Enterprise Agile Transformation at AT&T.  She leads the AT&T Agile Center of Excellence (ACoE), which drives the strategic adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) at AT&T and is home to the Agile and SAFe Coaches.   She has been influencing the adoption of SAFe and Agile practices at AT&T for the last 6 years.

Candace presented at the 2018 SAFe Summit to a standing room only crowd and has participated in multiple panels and speaking engagements on agile and SAFe transformations.

With over 27 years in the industry, Candace has served AT&T in multiple capacities, including finance, product development/management, employee development programs, as well as multiple start-up efforts inside of AT&T.
