Christina Ehrlich serves as the Senior Director, People and Culture Transformation at CSAA Insurance Group, where she spearheads strategic enterprise changes that impact the organization's people and culture. Since joining the company in 2018 as a culture specialist, Christina has rapidly advanced, demonstrating her deep expertise in organizational change management and her unwavering passion for cultivating a thriving corporate culture.
Most notably, Christina established the company's first Enterprise Change Management office and subsequently founded the new People and Culture Transformation office. Under her leadership, over 100 change management practitioners and over 600 change leaders have been Prosci certified, reflecting her commitment to empowering others and fostering a culture of embracing change.
In response to the pandemic, Christina championed the flexible workplace strategy, implementing cultural norms and innovative programs that transformed the way the organization works. These initiatives have created enhanced opportunities for employees to create, connect, and collaborate across a dispersed workforce.
Christina hails from Austin, Texas, and holds a bachelor's degree from George Washington University, as well as a master's degree from the University of Southern California. A dedicated sports girl mom, Christina can often be found traversing the country to visit her two daughters in college or cheering courtside as her youngest daughter pursues her volleyball dreams.
