At Allstate Insurance, Christopher led the enterprise digital transformation strategy and execution as Chief Digital Transformation Officer; SVP, reporting to the COO, and delivering $50M+ in value over the first 18 months. Areas of focus include enhancing digital customer experience, accelerating process digitization, modernizing capabilities, reducing redundant tools, and optimizing value capture through precise measurement. He scaled the team from three members to 200, implementing initiatives such as revamped performance management, mentor groups, transparent communication, book clubs, and virtual connectivity events to foster a new digital culture. Previously, Christopher was the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer; SVP for Trustmark Benefits, where he developed the transformation strategy and roadmap. He drove the strategy for acquiring FitReserve and Midtown Athletic Health Club, reinvigorating inorganic growth, and built the data & analytics center of excellence, achieving a less than 12-month payback period for several use cases. His efforts led to a 200% year-over-year improvement in digital marketing KPIs, including social media engagement and digital funnel rates. As a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Christopher served clients on digital, data, AI, operations, and strategy across various sectors, including insurance, banking, healthcare, and others. He designed and executed transformation programs that significantly impacted margins and improved customer experience. Christopher began his career as a Management Consultant with Accenture before moving to Marsh USA, where he served as Director of Client Services. Christopher contributes his expertise as a member of the advisory boards for HTEC, a software design and engineering company; Socotra, an insurance SaaS start-up; TransforML, an AI startup; and Yolbe.com, a SaaS startup for youth employment and career advancement. He holds an MBA with distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics and Psychology.
