Chris is the Founder and CEO of Juno Advisory - a provider of consulting and interim leadership talent solutions to accelerate business transformation. The inspiration for founding Juno originated during his decade long experience operating as an independent transformation consultant, during which he observed a growing need among clients for a flexible and cost-effective alternative to traditional consulting firms. Prior to Juno Chris served as SVP of Strategy and Transformation for Zep, a private equity owned global chemical manufacturing company, where he drove both cost out and top line growth initiatives to deliver EBITDA impact. Earlier in his career Chris worked with Accenture and EY where he focused on large scale transformation initiatives across industry sectors and functions. During his tenure with EY he was nominated by leadership to serve as Chief of Staff to a Vice Chair where he supported the stand up of a new global business unit to deliver scaled growth. Chris holds degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and The University of Georgia. He brings an international perspective to his work having lived in five countries and consulted in seven.
