Conrad Banks is a seasoned Global Strategy & Operations Leader with over 22 years of experience in driving organizational transformation within complex, cross-functional matrix environments. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for US Oncology at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Conrad began his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on large-scale acquisitions and cost reduction initiatives. He then spent five years at JP Morgan Chase, playing a pivotal role in the bank’s network expansion strategy and leading critical system conversion projects.
Transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, Conrad joined Pfizer, where he spent seven years in roles of increasing responsibility. He served as Chief of Staff for the Global Innovation Business Unit and the Business Analytics & Insights Group. Following his tenure at Pfizer, Conrad became the Global Field Medical Operations Head for Sanofi’s Diabetes-CV Business Unit, where he developed the blueprint for the “MSL of the Future.”
In his current role at Bristol Myers Squibb, Conrad leads large-scale innovation and technology initiatives, enhancing capabilities across the Commercialization, Global Medical, and HEOR business units.

Reflecting on previous transformation failures they were largely due to a lack of investment in retraining and reskilling our workforce. As we look toward the future, by 2030, 65 to 85% of the jobs that will exist then do not exist today.
