Eric Tatum

Executive Director, Operational Excellence JPMorgan Chase

Eric has over 26 years of experience in the Training and Development field and Operational Excellence leadership.  He holds a Bachelors in HR/Training and a Masters of Education in Organizational Development. Eric went on to support project management change events across the country for Bank One in the Operations space, where he created and scaled learning plans for affected organizations. Prior to becoming the Operational Excellence Executive Director, Eric was the Director of Training for Domestic Operations, leading cross-line of business projects such as the Way to Wow professional skills initiative, the corporate mergers of Bank One/Chase and WAMU/Chase. In the recent years, he has helped support the conversion of Chase's Learning Management System to a cloud based Human Capital Management system, and helped lead JPMC's Global Faculty from a traditional instructor-led based curriculum, to a digital “learning in the flow of work” hire to retire journey.
