Ericson E. Brickers is an accomplished business and technology leader with over two decades of experience in business and technology management. He is a skilled program manager, process improvement specialist, and agile methodology expert. He has extensive enterprise architecture experience, data integrity assessment, and risk and scope analysis.

Keen on self-improvement and development, Ericson holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Old Dominion University. He also holds ITIL Foundations and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.

Ericson is a sought-after program management expert in the Intelligence community, providing best-practice insight to Scrum, and leading multiple programs that deliver workforce analysis, human capital research, and application requirements that impact strategic decisions. In addition to his professional work, Ericson founded and leads The Brickers Foundation, a non-profit organization that delivers grant resources to partner charity organizations focused on community advancement.

Ericson has held senior positions at BAE Systems, Deloitte Consulting, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Tata Consultancy Services in different capacities, where he provided direct oversight of program transformation strategy, executed change plans to improve customer resource efficiencies, security posture, and accelerate mission solutions.

In his free time, Ericson loves to travel and see historical sites. He is passionate about the arts, including plays, concerts, and theater. He also enjoys watching movies, running and exercising, and watching and attending sporting events, including tennis, basketball, and football.
