Hector Baeza
Executive Director, US Head of Commercial Learning and Development Gilead Sciences
Hector Baeza is a high-performing biotech/pharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of experience. Hector has held multiple roles across various organizations including field sales, field sales leadership, US marketing, Ex-US marketing, and commercial learning and development with GSK, Amgen, Alexion, and most recently with Gilead. Prior to Gilead, Hector was the global head of commercial learning and development at Alexion. Hector is currently the is the US head of Commercial Learning and development for Gilead and the Operational Excellence Program Lead within Commercial Operations. Hector is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He also graduated from the MIT Sloan school of management with a Master of Business Administration degree.
