With a formal education in Organization Development from George Mason University and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado, Iliana has partnered with organizational leaders over the past 20 years to unravel complex challenges by pairing the principles of systems and design thinking. As the VP of Growth and Innovation at Evans Consulting, Iliana is responsible for developing solutions for corporate growth and differentiation, while establishing a culture of innovation.
