Janie' is a graduate of The University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Arizona State University where she earned a Master of Engineering in Quality and Reliability Engineering. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Associate in Project Management, and a trained Change Management trainer. Janie' has worked as a Process Improvement practitioner in various functions within large, high-matrix companies across several industries including NCR Corporation, Cox Communications, Cox Automotive, and currently, The Home Depot. Her superpower is in leading cross-functional teams through complex business process and transformation challenges and helping senior leaders achieve strategic results using Six Sigma and Change Management methods. She lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area with her husband and two sons.
