Many transformation initiatives often start with driving process improvement, which in turn creates opportunities for automation. To best leverage automation technologies, it is critical to have a people centric approach to determine where people are best placed and where their skills are most needed. Successfully leading every aspect of this transformation flywheel is essential to delivering results for large-scale transformation initiatives. In this session, we will invite enterprise transformation leaders to share their first-hand experiences:  

·       How shifting objectives deliver new approaches in enterprise transformation; how and why achieving topline growth, greater pace and accessing talent are overtaking cost as the key transformation drivers

·       Leveraging and integrating multiple spokes and levers on the transformation flywheel to drive holistic and impactful transformation strategies

·       Understanding the different lenses and perspectives from different stakeholders – and how those variations deliver different engagement strategies

Reflecting on previous transformation failures they were largely due to a lack of investment in retraining and reskilling our workforce. As we look toward the future, by 2030, 65 to 85% of the jobs that will exist then do not exist today. This session will explore how we can effectively rewire our organizational skillsets and capabilities to be future proof.
