Jenny Strange has almost 30 years of business transformation experience where she has worked across multiple industries and functions. She currently leads the Strategy and Design capability within Koch Inc.'s Business Transformation Team, where she empowers business leaders to articulate their visions and strategically connect them to actionable plans using Business Architecture methodologies. Prior to joining Koch Industries, Jenny was a Client Lead at The North Highland Company, managing consulting engagements for Atlanta’s top retail, quick-serve restaurant, telecom, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Her specialization was in large-scale transformations focused on strategy, process design and improvement, program management, and change management, leveraging frameworks such as Six Sigma and Design Thinking. Earlier in her career, Jenny served as a Director at North Point Ministries, consulting with international churches and non-profit organizations to help them define, communicate, and realize their visions. She also held leadership roles at The Home Depot, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Andersen Consulting. Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Operations from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Additionally, she is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. A proud Atlanta native, Jenny comes from a family with deep roots in the city. She cherishes her family time, especially being an aunt to three adorable girls. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jenny enjoys volunteering in her community, playing golf, running, cooking, reading, and dining out with family and friends.
