Jeremy L. Strickland is an experienced strategy and product operations leader with a demonstrated history of high achievement in the technology and finance industries. Currently, Jeremy leads business operations (BizOps) for the Intelligent Talent Acquisition org at Amazon. In this capacity, Jeremy creates ambitious three-year business and operational plans that leverage cutting-edge AI / ML techniques to drive value for the business through augmentation and automation. Prior to Amazon, Jeremy served as the Chief of Staff to executive leading the North America ad sales business. In this capacity, Jeremy led the efforts to develop multi-year strategic plans and in-year operational strategies to achieve YoY double-digit growth for the business on a multi-billion dollar revenue base. Jeremy is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School, the Kellogg School of Management, and Vanderbilt University. He lives in Chicago w/ his wife - Grace, son - Harrison, and dog - Thorin and enjoys golfing on the weekends.
