Kathi Kraft is a change leadership specialist who focuses on helping organizations successfully support people to learn and adopt changes. Over the course of her 40-year career she has evolved from employee engagement, learning and development and global strategic sponsorship management to a recognized leader and developer of people-focused change management leadership strategies and programs.
Kathi has developed Change Management Centers of Excellence at several Fortune 500 companies including State Farm, Duke Energy, Tyson Foods, United Airlines and Crowley Maritime. She is currently Senior Director, Organizational Change Management at Stericycle, leading a team driving the Customer, Vendor and Team Member change efforts for Monarch, our ERP business transformation program (SAP, Salesforce and SuccessFactors are the key tools.). She also leads the Change Center of Excellence at Stericycle, to support change in a number of key initiatives across the company.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Kathi is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals. She is completing her CCMP certification and holds certifications in Prosci, Birkman, and Fierce Conversations. She is also a certified advanced trainer for Prosci. While she has lived in 6 states and has moved 18 times, Kathi now lives in the Oak Park area of Chicago where she is an avid reader, and a #volforlife supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers and animal rescue. In her spare time she is an Aunt Kathi to 6 nieces and nephews, 1 stepdaughter, 4 grandchildren and 9 great nieces and nephews, along with being a dog mom to her rescue pit terrier, Cali.
