Kevin is a senior partner based in McKinsey’s Chicago office with over 25 years of experience helping clients change the trajectory of their businesses to create long-term sustainable results. Throughout his career, Kevin has served as a trusted advisor to management teams, boards of directors, and other key stakeholders, specializing in guiding companies through transitional phases. His extensive experience encompasses strategy, enterprise-wide transformation, corporate finance, and change management. He has also held several senior leadership roles across McKinsey, including in our Transformation, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Healthcare Practices. His broad perspective is enriched by his tenure in interim executive roles, such as chief transformation officer and chief restructuring officer, covering a multitude of industries around the globe.
