Kunal has over 25 years of experience in Banking, Insurance and Higher Education. His experience includes leading large-scale transformation and optimization related to strategy, end-to-end transformation and significant process improvement, automation and change at North American and Global banks and Insurers. Collectively he has delivered over $200 million in growth, client experience improvement and operational efficiency for his clients and employers while supporting them as partner. He now works directly with “C” and senior level executives to deliver Strategy, Transformation and Efficiency related initiatives as either an Interim Executive, Advisor or Consultant via a collaborative and outcome focused approach. Currently Kunal is directly supporting the CEO of a specialty insurer while leading critical aspects of an enterprise growth strategy and transformation aimed at significantly growing revenue while developing new product, data, relationship, and IT capabilities. Strategy developed by Kunal with using innovative technologies has resulted in over $65 million (45%) of increased revenue.
