LaMar Bunts is the inaugural Chief Transformation Officer at Dartmouth, where he drives revenue growth and expands the institution's impact through innovative initiatives. Since joining in 2023, he has collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to launch programs that create new revenue streams and enhance existing ones. Reporting to Dartmouth's president, LaMar is a key member of the senior leadership team, spearheading both academic and non-academic initiatives to broaden Dartmouth's reach and influence. Before Dartmouth, he held leadership roles in global tech companies like SGI, Dell, and ITM Software. He later focused on innovation in education and workforce development at organizations such as ACT, Inc. and the California Community College System, where he launched the first statewide online community college district. LaMar holds an Honors degree in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford.
