Parul Saini is a technology leader with 20+ years of experience in driving digital transformation, building & leading high-performance teams. Parul is passionate about leveraging technology to create innovative solutions to complex problems. Parul joined Uber as the Global Head of Business and Enterprise Applications. There, Parul leads a global IT team that serves Uber’s customers and its employees. In this role, Parul has led HR Systems and CRM transformation to support Uber’s employee and business growth. Prior to her current role, Parul served as an IT Executive at Splunk and led the transformation of Collaboration, Infrastructure, and Identity platforms for the IT organization. These transformations enabled businesses to be productive and efficient with a focus on great user experience. Parul has served in leadership positions at Splunk, Zuora, PwC and Adobe. Parul is in the Bay Area, and when her laptop is closed, she spends time supporting volunteer activities, engaging in contemplative practices, and investing in angel rounds
