Paul Lulgjuraj brings over 25 years of experience in operational excellence. Paul holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, BSME and MSIE degrees. He studied at the University of Michigan, Florida State University and taught Lean Six Sigma courses at Florida Institute of Technology. He has leveraged his commitment to operational excellence to drive breakthroughs across multiple industries including notable companies such as Next Era Energy (Deming Prize Winner), General Dynamics and JP Morgan Chase. He has held roles of Engineering Manager, Change Facilitator, Lean Six Sigma Lead, Director of Productivity and VP of Engineering. In recent years, as Vice President of Operational Excellence at JP Morgan Chase, Paul has been focused on embedding principles and capabilities in the organization.
