Ricardo is a leader with over 22 years experience in Robotic Process Automation, Transition & Transformation, Change Management, Business Process Management, Analytics and IT Service Management. Ricardo joined Citi on October 17th as Global Head CSS and FRSS Automation / Innovation Lead. He previously worked at Intel for almost 3 years as Director, Global Business Transformation; at Western Union for 7 years as Director, Business Process Management and head of RPA CoE; he also worked as Business Intelligence Program Manager at IBM and Business Support Controller in Dole Food Company. Ricardo is a Systems Engineer and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business, a Master degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems and is a practitioner and accredited expert in Project Management, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Agile and RPA with strong ability to use the right method to resolve a given business problem. Ricardo is a proud father of Mateo (15) and Daniela (12) and has been happily married with Maria for 17 years. He enjoys exercising, swimming and spending weekends outdoors with his family.
