Rob is a recognized expert in operational excellence, delivering sustainable results by partnering with executive stakeholders to define innovative operating strategies, mobilize commitment, and drive breakthrough performance. An alumnus of GE’s Manufacturing Management Program and Six Sigma Quality programs with 20+ years of Life Sciences and Biotech experience, Rob currently leads the Process Excellence Program Office at Regeneron, partnering with Senior Leaders to expand key Commercial and Clinical process capabilities. Prior to Regeneron, Rob led numerous teams at Moderna that consistently pushed past the possible by applying scientific thinking and Lean principles to rapidly solve complex operational problems across the enterprise. These efforts achieved gains in efficiency and effectiveness, enabling Moderna to rapidly scale up to meet the demands of the pandemic and contribute to the global impact of mRNA medicines, including the groundbreaking launch of SpikeVax (mRNA-1273).
