Rush Fozo is the Director of Operational Excellence for Investment Operations Outsourcing and a Senior Vice President at Northern Trust. Rush is responsible for the development and deployment of a global process excellence program to improve the client experience, employee engagement and operational efficiency through the utilization of process innovation, data analytics and automation. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Rush held various leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Chase and KeyBank. His focus was delivering top and bottom line results through process innovation and the deployment of technology solutions. Rush holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a Master in Business Administration from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
