Sam specializes in leading business transformation for global companies. With over a decade of experience, he has led transformation in contact centers and back-office operations utilizing process engineering, technology solutions, and customer experience design. In his current role, Sam is Vice President Voice of the Customer at General Motors Financial where he analyzes the customer voice and uses it to build best-in-class customer experiences. Before Voice of the Customer, he was Vice President Business Automation where he launched and scaled the global digital automation program at GM Financial. Prior to joining GM Financial, Sam was a digital automation leader at tech consultancy ISG and also led transformation initiatives at AT&T in their ordering and design contact centers.
