Sylvia has over 20 years of experience in project management and is currently responsible for two global key initiatives at Amex GBT impacting a large number of Amex GBT employees and customers ranging from +20,000 to +300,000 employees. She is leading a team of expert project managers and is valued partner for project management standardization, automation, and execution.

Having been raised in Germany, Sylvia is well travelled, multilingual and highly passionate about product development, innovation, and talent development. Sylvia has spent the last 20 years in Atlanta and New York, holding various roles across different industries, delivering business value by designing solutions adapted for unique operating environments. Sylvia is PMI certified and earned her master’s in political science and business administration at Leipzig University.
