Tisha Boyd, SHRM-CP, is the Principal Director of Learning & Diversity at Envestnet. She has been at Envestnet for over three years and has nearly two decades of experience in the learning and development field, most of which has been in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Envestnet, Tisha worked at Capital One focused on leadership development and diversity education.
Her responsibilities include leading employee learning, growth and development and influencing the talent and performance strategy of Envestnet. She also oversees the DEIB strategy including Employee Resources Groups, programs and initiatives.
Tisha is a lifelong learner and recently completed Brandon Hall’s Certified Learning Strategist program and the Chief Learning Officer certificate program at George Mason along with other DEI and Talent certificates. She is active in several organizations and also serves on the board of Envestnet Institute on Campus.
Tisha believes in accelerating inclusion through learning and is a recipient of the 2023 See It, Be It Awards from Investment News Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards.
