With over 20 years of expertise spanning both business process management and digital portfolio management, Trey collaborates across business and IT teams to produce integrated portfolios and processes that solve both business as well as product needs. At one of the largest US oil and gas providers, Trey worked in operations management and planning roles across the integrated value chain including Upstream, Downstream, Corporate and IT functions. He founded the internal business process Center of Excellence to drive best practice discovery and transformation across disparate business units. In his current role at Software AG, Trey partners with customers to define strategic roadmaps aligned to their enterprise architecture and operational excellence goals.
