Vlad is a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation, Organizational Design, Product Design & Continuous Improvement, with over 10 years of firsthand experience in working with Boards, Executive and Operational Teams from more than one hundred companies, start-ups, and NGOs. He is also enthusiastic about systems design having started with Designing and optimizing Products and Services graduating to Organizational Design with all included elements and still believes we can imagine and build a better world together – one product and organization at a time. As a senior Consultant, Vlad participated in the Veolia Apa Nova Bucharest Project awarded the “2019 Best Business Transformation Project” at the World Business Transformation Summit, Orlando, Florida, USA. Within the Projects he led the transformation of the Customer Facing Business Process Groups – from RFQ to Provision of Services, the Network Maintenance Process Groups and led the Data Driven Management area of the Project. As the Project scaled to encompass Romania – he became Project Director on behalf of Advanced Thinking for Veolia Energy Iasi and later as the project scaled at a European level he led the Veolia Poland Project. He also has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt which he has been teaching and using in dozens of improvement projects with customers from a wide variety of industries such as: Manufacturing, Agribusiness, Utilities, Banking, Food Industry, Building Design and Construction, IT, Transportation, and others.
