Process Optimization and Automation Manager TriNet

Carolyn Dobie is a Process Optimization and Automation Manager at TriNet, a leading provider of full-service HR solutions for small and medium size businesses (SMBs). In this role, Carolyn leverages Process Mining technology to identify people-process as well as automation improvement opportunities to drive business results through lean practices. Since 1992, Carolyn has been a Lean practitioner driving business process improvement across lines of business in service and technology organizations. Prior to her focus on Lean, Carolyn led development teams for over 20 years. Carolyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from The State University of New York at Geneseo with a major in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified as an Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation Developer. Carolyn is passionate about making the world a better place through teaching, coaching, and mentoring Lean thinking.
