In this role, his mandate is to drive standards and leverage the experience from the different process areas to crystallize best practices across GPO. His team defines SAP-wide process management standards on how to design, document, measure and improve processes in close alignment with Global E2E Process Owners, Process Officers, Process Owners, and Business Owners.
