Video #1: Cost of poor quality

Excellent video that all CEOs should watch about the importance of quality. The video looks at the causes and outcomes of the Challenger disaster, the Toyota 2009 recalls, and BP's 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion. Very well produced – and if this does not convince them that quality is important…nothing will.

Video #2: Welcome to the process revolution

This is one of our favorites, we really wish we had created it. Oh wait…we DID create it! This was our original, high energy introduction to the concept of process excellence and why it’s so relevant to companies today. We have heard that lots of you have found it valuable to introduce the concept to your company and we hope that if you have not seen it yet, it inspires you to spark a process revolution in your company.
