Alice is the President of Global Merchandise Services (GMS) at tms, where she leads a global end-to-end Product Development and Commercial team responsible for developing covetable merchandise for some of the world’s most beloved brands. Her leadership has been instrumental in reshaping GMS’ business and operating model for scalability and securing exclusive partnerships, driving growth and profitability. Before joining tms, Alice held senior leadership roles at Starbucks, where she led the Enterprise Transformation Office and spearheaded strategic efforts to improve productivity, margin growth, and operational efficiency. She is recognized for building and leading high-performance teams that consistently achieve aggressive growth targets, particularly navigating complex organizational change and turnaround scenarios.
Vikram Ashok is the Founder and CEO of Graphite, a leading technology platform that connects Fortune 1000 companies with the world's leading independent consultants for on-demand work. Under his leadership, Graphite has become the go-to solution for forward-thinking Enterprises to access critical expertise, boost agility and drive innovation through on-demand talent.
