Ricardo Henriques
Ricardo Henriques is a professor and executive program director at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in Portugal. He also leads the business enablement and transformation team at energy company EDP Comercial, overseeing process management, digital acceleration, automation and process intelligence initiatives.
An expert in process mining and intelligent automation, Henriques co-authored Process Mining in Action with Dr. Lars Reinkemeyer. He was named one of PEX Network's 25 operational excellence thought leaders to follow in 2024.
